Galleon Care Homes joined the Titleworth Group in March 2008, and was originally privately owned.

Since Titleworth took over, the care homes have evolved to reflect the company’s passion for quality, space and the very latest in modern facilities. Coombe Hill has recently been expanded, with five new rooms added, and with further development planned for other Galleon Care homes, the company is due to expand considerably in the coming years.
