The sheer number of experts we offer service users demonstrates the Galleon Care Home philosophy: that everyone we support deserves an individualised programme of care.

This means that every need is catered for by the right specialist, be that within residential care or at home. Even our residential homes have different ‘personalities’, with recruitment undertaken by the managers of each home rather than through a centralised process, so that all staff are selected to be just right for the home in which they work.

Galleon Care is totally person-orientated, and we work in close partnership with Local Authority Commissioners to make sure we’re not only identifying needs, but doing everything we can to cater for them.
