Company Pension Scheme
All employees are entitled to join the Group Personal Pension plan following the successful completion of their probationary period (6 months). If an employee chooses to join the plan the Company will contribute up to 2.5% to the plan.

Death in Service Cover
Galleon Care Homes offers all employees immediate death in service cover which amounts to two times basic salary.  This is paid to nominated beneficiaries.

Annual Leave
The amount of Annual Leave is dependent on role.

Training and Personal Development
Employees will take part in a paid induction. Induction will introduce you to the Home you will be working at.  You will attend statutory training as required in line with policies and procedures of Galleon Care Homes.  You will also have the opportunity to meet individually with your Line Manager for supervision on a regular basis.
