“I came to live in a Galleon home in 2010, after my family felt it was time to make sure I was safe, and being looked after in the right place. Being here has given me somewhere to settle down, and it’s lovely knowing I’m surrounded by people who are there to help me. I also enjoy having my own area if I need some space.

I enjoy music and play the organ while other residents dance, and I also like to help with the garden. I love my room, and the outings we’re taken on.”
